HOW TO ORDER

To order an animated commission please do the following
Email: overlordjc.art@gmail.com with the subject “animated commission”
You can use the Contact page also
In your email, please specify the scope of the project
- I need to know what you would like animated
- How many animations you would like to have done
- When you would you need them completed by

Also please provide complete reference of the character(s) that you would like
to have animated, as well as any examples that will help best explain what you
are looking for out of your animations.

HOW MANY CLIENTS WILL YOU ACCEPT AT ONE TIME?

Because I am a single individual working on the animations, I will only be taking 1 job at any given time.
What this means is, I will be keeping a client wait-list.
- The wait-list will be based on the order of emails received.
- You only need to submit your email with your job request to be accepted onto the wait-list, you do not need to pay
- Payment is only accepted once I take the job
- Once I finish the current job, I will contact the next available client on the list.
- You will receive a wait ticket number so you can know where you are on the list.
- If at any time you find someone else to complete the job you want done, just let me know and you can be taken off the list

HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

Rates will vary based on the animation requested.
Once I understand what you would like to have, I will give you a price.
From there, if you’re happy with the rate, we can move forward and get started immediately.
Payment is accepted up front to begin the job.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

You will be given an estimated completion time based on the work requested.

The time given will always be an overestimation to account for any potential surprises.
The animation will be done in passes. Progress will be shared with the client(s)
at the completion of each pass, but information can be requested at any time.

When the animation is finished, you will receive a transparent Gif of the animation to fit within’ any platform’s file size limitations. Other file formats can be provided upon request. You may also have any of the materials from the animation if you like.
Simply ask and they can be sent to you any time. (So say you really liked a particular frame of the animation, you could
have a high quality PNG of that frame to use as you like)
